Want to hire someone to consult on building a custom PC

My ex-fiance took my gaming PC when he left and left me with his. His was older and I did at the time rarely use mine though mine cost a ton more. We both worked in tech; he in hardware and I in more server centric. So in truth, I don’t know how to build one because he built them for us but I am not inept at learning. However, his pc has now basically degraded and I’m locked out of fixing it because everything is in his email and he won’t support as he’s in a new relationship. But I don’t have the capacity to research this whole process due to my work load and masters program so I’m looking for someone to basically do it for me. And no I don’t want a pre-built as I have a “vision” of what I want it too look like as well. Basically, meet with me and find the options for parts, ship to me, and I’ll put it together, with some support from that person. Where do I go for this or is there anyone who does this?
