The only reason which makes sense to me

If you see Trisha in her interviews (esp older ones) she seems more chill and has a funny vibe to her. She cracks joke, she taunts/jokes back with the interviewer. I feel like anna likes these traits of her and Sangeetha might not have them. Sometimes when you are in love with someone, these traits mean a lot esp if you are introverted. Introverted men love such traits.

Ofc the way he has been continuing the relationship without a divorce to Sangeetha is pathetic. Curious to know what y'all think
