Will I be dead before people stop vilifying and hating others for using AI?

I'm 32. I'm getting really sick of people flinging hate at me and personally blaming me for what bad actors are doing with AI just because I like to make silly videos with Sora or images with NovelAI, or talk to ChatGPT and Claude sometimes.

Everywhere I go online is filled with hate for AI and anyone that uses it. Almost all subreddits ban it, most Discord servers ban it, any space for any community, be it game, movie, tv show, anime, cartoon, comic, manga, all ban it.

Even friends I talk to, when I ask them what they think about AI, will always say that it's essentially evil and "killing artists, destroying the world and ruining human creativity". When I tell them I like to use AI, they get fucking pissed.

Will this shit ever go away? Or am I going to be 60 years old and younger people are going to be saying I'm a "gross AI loving boomer" and blasting me with hate any time I mention I use it?
