Eastern Parsons Spider apparently not dead?

Miscellaneous

First time keeper.. So in November I caught an Eastern Parsons Spider and have been keeping her. Around January she stopped eating and spinning webs. Since she is wildcaught I thought she might have died, but as I was cleaning out her cage just now I discovered she is very much alive.

My apartment is generally around 70, and I live in Texas so no drastic weather stuff. Any ideas why this happened? I know some spiders go like this in Winter but I'm surprised she 1) lived so long without food and 2) stopped being active without it getting cold.
