Weight loss plateau
Hi everyone, new on here and I wanted some advice. Bit of background, I am a 22 yo female 5’4 and weigh 160. I started my weight loss journey in October - starting weight 185. I started to experience I guess weight loss plateau in January which was 4 months into my weight loss and have stayed at 160. I was doing a big deficit, 1200-1400 calories a day. So after some research I realize that I maybe did this the wrong way. I am experiencing a ton of bloating these past two months. I make sure to get my fiber and fats and carbs in, I lack a bit in protein and can only really be able to reach around 70g on average a day. I have started strength training at home exercises with a focus on abs, but I don’t know if I’m getting any real benefit from it if I’m not getting my protein in. My goal is really to lose more weight and to get to a healthy bmi (140lbs), and to not look like I’m bloated all the time. I also have some hormonal problems that probably also affect stubborn fat in most areas I guess that plays a part. Any advice? I need the fastest way plsss.
