PAGIBIG Payments not posted

I need help. Today nakareceive ako ng letter galing sa collection agency which demands na i have overdue payments na umabot na ng almost 25k.

My monthly amortization is just around 4.8k.

I pay my pagibig housing loan monthly thru online bayad website. I have all the acknowledgement receipts on my email from May 2025. Though yung payments ko ay nadedelay ng days. Due date is 30th every month, instances nababayaran ko sya days after but complete naman payments ko up to now.

What happened here bakit umabot ng ganun yung overdue ko? Di pumapasok sa pagibig yung payments ko? Reveived the letter today Friday so Monday ko pa mapupuntahan sa Pagibig.

Does anyone here who has experienced the same?
