MFA question - not exactly oe but you guys will know

I'm cool with using MFA to log in to everything, and god knows I have at least a dozen MFA apps installed, but what is the best way to handle these when you get a new phone? I've been yolo-ing it for the last couple of phone upgrades, and it blows, obviously. Is there some way of backing up all the MFA bs? I've tried the Microsoft Authenticator app's backup but it just seems to go in circles. I use Android phones btw.
