KF or Chains of command for Blight

I wanted to start Chains of command for 3.28, but i saw a comment that the damage or defence is not good in t16 early league.

Is it really a pain to play compared to Kinetic Fusillade totems, for blight? I have not seen any gameplay on KF Blight
