Why do I feel like spurs?

I'm honestly not that good at the game I'm div 6 which is horrible but for some reason I manage to average 9-10 wl wins and even sometimes get 12 champs wins, I don't get it, I can't win any games in div 6 and my players feel like they don't wanna be in my team anymore but when I go into champs they all play to their best and I keep winning against teams that are way better than mine with skill levels miles above mine but in div rivals I lose to people with trash teams and who are trash at the game? I don't get it
