Tons of evidence, still denial.

I have a 70% rating for panic disorder and OCD, these things caused me to have pretty bad muscle tension in my shoulders and neck and at leads to constant neck strain and pain down the arms , I have my physical therapist that clearly stated the relation between my anxiety and the fact that it probably causes the next strain, some complaints while I was in service and dozens of complaints after service as well as a diagnosis. I also have some buddy letters and so on. This is the first claim I have had just straight up denied with this much evidence.. I’m claiming it’s secondary by the way to my mental health rating. Any idea what I should do? Thanks, guys and gals.
