How the hell can Robert still crab walk?

I will never understand how Robert is still able to crab walk at 61. I just tried to crab walk and nearly fell down my stairs. I'm 20 years old. Best I could do for the crab walk is bend my legs at 80° without killing myself. Someone please explain to me how he can still do it.
