Looking for non (or minimal) p2w lifesteal server.

I used to play lifesteal servers years ago, and they were so prosperous. They weren't p2w, had a good community, and were balanced. Every server I join now is filled with huge p2w ranks that cost hundreds of dollars and gives you full netherite instantly. I'm looking for any server, even minimal monetization, to play on.
