My parent’s dog thinks she’s mine and now I’m leaving her. Will this break her heart when I move out next month?

I moved in with my parents a year ago, and they decided to get a puppy around the same time. because I’ve had the most free time I’ve been the main person to walk her, play with her, take care of her. It wasn't intentional but I have realized that I’ve become her person.

I am getting ready to move out in a month and I am devastated that she might see it as her person abandoning her. how can I best ease her through the transition? does anyone have experience or advice for what we should prioritize to help make this transition as gentle as possible?
