Looking for oneshot about ghost

Details may be wrong and I might mix them with other manga so keep that in mind. Starts with a girl who’s from the city and visits to see her grandmother. She meets a ghost and falls in love with him. The girl is kinda hard headed and doesn’t like the countryside. She finds out the ghost is actually her grandpa (IK weird) but young. I think she confesses to him too but he ends up going to the afterlife. She looks through her grandmas things and realizes that her grandpa when he was young looked nothing like the ghost. The grandpa just asked god (?) if he could look like someone that’s her exact type (I forget for what reason). Anyways, fast forward she gets a new neighbor and the guy looks exactly like the ghost she met.
