How possible is it to learn how to be intimate after transitioning?

NSFW

Im turning 27 and am a trans women of nearly 2 years. Ive not had an intimate partner of any kind since I started transitioning. Ive had fully committed relationships before transitioning which were intimate but due to some circumstances of those relationships none of the sexual experiences were really satisfying, fun or experimental. I have maybe a handful of sexual moments in my many years long relationship that isnt an embarrassment to look back on. I mostly just want reassurance that sex, sexuality and sexual chemistry is something I can still experience with someone and to know if its possible?

Although ive had sex and done a couple things my experience is quite lacking and since ive been transitioning for a while now im basically a new person with a new body and sensations and feelings and im terrified that when I finally get to be intimate with someone im going to be such a disappointment to them and an embarrassment to myself. Ive felt so lonely in that way for so long, even during my past relationships, that I panic every day over the idea that I might never get to experience it.

I know im kind of panicking and catastrophising but its how I feel and I cant really stop feeling it.
