WWYD if you got screwed out of bonus

Title says it all. Promotion letter indicates I get a certain percentage for the full year. Instead I got prorated percentage and was told it was “policy”. Promotion letter clearly states otherwise. It’s a significant difference. Should I go to CFO? Or just try to leave asap?
