Never got order, order doesn't even show up

I ordered today around 2 hours ago, waited, went through several drivers that just unassigned and didn't tell me what was going on, and then when one person finally said something (in the form of asking if they were my first driver), they then immediately canceled my order. There's no record of my order ever even existing, and no way I can find to ask for a refund. What do I do?
