What is the best mid-range business laptop right now ?

Currently I am using a company issued Dell 5450 (32gb RAM Ultra 7), relatively new so it's ok but I feel that the machine doesn't handle wear and tear that well (there is already one black spot on the cover outside that I have no ideas what caused it) also battery went out in less than an hour unless I put it on power saving mode. The worst is the stupid copilot button that I keep pressing by mistake.

I will need to buy a new laptop for my own freelance activities soon, usage probably similar to the Dell above but I don't want to get another Dell due to all the reasons above. What are my options ? Mid-range budget (probably a bit less expensive than the Dell above, 16gb RAM is fine)

Also some laptops come with dedicated GPU like Intel Arc Graphic on some Thinkpad model, does it really matter ? I will not be gaming on this laptop.
