Strange blotch on my upper thigh

(Male, age 22, weight 84kg, height 174 cm)

Hello, i'll get straight to the point. As you can see in the picture, there is this "bloch" above the hip joint of my thight, very close to my groin. I don't know when exactly it got there, but i can confidently say it is there for atleast 6 months. I don't remember seeing it before then.

I'm fairly active, i study, go on walks, have been working out consistently for about 4 years, mainly going for bodybuilding and boxing, now i do grappling about 2x a week. I do not drink but until about 4 months ago, i have regurarily smoked cbd products about 4 times per week. I only drink on social occasions, i vape and about 2x a week injest kratom (2-4g depends).

I have not had any injuries in that area of the thigh, nor did i experience any "big" injuries in the recent years ( meaning fractures, laccerations etc.)

I mainly want to know if there is something to be worried about of course, when i spread the skin where the blotch is, it "glissens" slighty where it's the most concetrated in color, it looks like scar tissue to me(have one on my knee and forehead from past injuries).
