Question about Vortex

So I'm new to Vortex and collections, not new to modding. Quick question that may or may not be dumb. I'm in the process of building my modlist out with a GTS base and multiple addons. Testing after installing each collection. My question is, should I sort mods after installing each collection? I do see that Vortex runs LOOT after each one, is this automatic operation sufficient? Will it break the collection rules in any way or should I reapply the collection rules? So far everything seems to be working fine. Models are all lodaing, textures look good, animations are working as intended. I just want to make sure I follow the proper procedure since I'm new to Vortex and collections. Thanks for you guys help?
