is this a viable 1000 point list

im only playing casually so i was told to just pick out whats cool, im going to add more warriors and maybe some epic characters when i move up to 2000 points but im still new to list building so im nervous its terrible. right now i only have the combat patrol a lokhust heavy destroyer and a hexmark destroyer
