ISO Ripe Plantains

Looking for ripe plantains. I can find the SUPER green ones at most Walmarts but I will go out of my way to find ones that have been picked after they have ripened a little more. You can ripen the green ones at home but it takes a while and I find they never get as sweet as ones that have been picked when they have a little more yellow.
