Pay Grade

I'm about to transfer from the reserves (IMA) to RegAF. My understanding is that I will still retain my time in service for pay purposes, correct? I'm currently an O3 at >4 years, and that should stay the same right?

I know my my retirement date will change based upon points calculations and such, but I just wanted to confirm that my day to day pay will not decrease.
