Safe to use? 5 months past Beyond Use Date, but never opened and refrigerated

I got some compounded GLP-1 a while back, but chickened out about injecting it. I checked the bottle and it's now 5 months past the beyond use date.

However, it has never beend opened, and I placed it in the refregierator immediately after its arrival. The vial has been in a pill bottle in the fridge. Is it safe to use?
