Salary differences per country for same position

Summary: salary is more than double for another country for same position

Hello everyone. I was sent an offer by a recruiter, and after passing rounds of assessments I was sent two emails. One email, was for my city and country. The other was for another country specifying the salary in both emails.

The salary is more than double in the other country (in the other current combined to mine). I know that it’s probably comparable to wages of living standards or whatever but it was a bit of a shock honestly.

Also I know that it’s the exact same position and same responsibilities cause I used to work in Amazon and had “team members” from those countries, with daily meetings and sharing the same tasks. And I get they probably take advantage of a “cheaper labor country”.
