Burning sensation

Hi! I was hoping someone here could help me with a problem I’ve been having well me (20) and my boyfriend (19) problem. We’ve been using condoms mostly Trojan and Durex both of them coated in something we use like Trojan and it’s feels fine but there’s friction which hurts a lot. We’ve tried non latex because usually when wearing gloves me hands get rashes but these wear coated in something as well so he said “non latex isn’t the problem so I bought latex again” anywho I feel like I’m disappointing him do I just deal with the pain or is there something else I can do?
