This document optimal?

Hey guys I was just wondering if this document I found contained the optimal combos as of right now. Im coming over from tekken as that game is beyond saving. Im specifically asking for terry and aki or is there any videos on optimal combos? For tekken we have guys like thefury who post full optimal combo guides is there someone like that for sf?
