Idk what’s going on with my Netflix/firestick

I can’t watch any show or movie off Netflix right now. It started 3 days ago. I use a fire stick as I don’t have a smart tv, just have an old flatscreen. I’ve never had a problem like this before. Every time I tried to watch a show it gives me the loading circle with a count to 100. It usually stops around 25-35% and just stays there. I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, I followed a YouTube vid that told me to do a clear cache, then force stop and then launch app again which did nothing. I have no idea how to get my Netflix to start working again. I have no problem watching it on my phone or tablet but all of a sudden it won’t work on my fire stick. If anyone could help me I’d greatly appreciate it. I just want to be able to watch my shows on my tv again. Idk what else to do. Has anyone else had this problem before?
