Phone charging on stomach while lying down makes stomach growl and turn

Why does this ALWAYS happen.. I lie down in bed on my back with my phone charging on my stomach and EVERYTIME it causes my stomach to rumble and growl like the charger is emitting some unseen frequencies or energy, something to do with acid? I don’t know but it’s pissing me off cuz nobody is talking about this and I’ve used multiple chargers and the sensation is always there. What is the answer for this!!????? Like my gut is growling and weird sensations go on only when my phone is on my stomach for periods of time
