Has anyone interviewed for the JPMorgan Quantitative Trading Research Mentorship Program (EMEA)?

Hi everyone,

I was recently invited to interview for the JPMorgan Quantitative Trading Research Mentorship Program (EMEA), and I’m trying to get a sense of what the interview might look like.

The email mentioned that the interview will focus on my CV, motivation, communication skills, and possibly some maths, problem solving, or programming questions. It’s supposed to be around 30–45 minutes on Zoom.

I was wondering if anyone here has gone through this program or interviewed for it before. I’d love to hear:

• What kinds of questions they asked (math, probability, coding, etc.)

• How technical the interview was

• Whether they focused more on projects or theoretical knowledge

• Anything you wish you had prepared beforehand
