Waxing

So my symptoms are external itching on my labia. I told my doctor at OHSU that for some reason when I get a Brazilian wax it makes me feel better. It will take away my symptoms for a day or two. I usually have to use lidocaine cream every day but since my waxing appt yesterday I’ve felt completely normal. Man, I wish this would last but inevitably the itching will return. Anyone else experience this? My doctor said she’s heard that before, I wonder why it helps?? Just curious
