I installed the new game "Where The Winds Meet" on my Windows 7 system and it took two hours to download everything to now take up 81GB on my SSD which is insane but anyway, I got this when I tried to launch it. Also, my 2008 Core 2 Duo is too old to have AVX instructions apparently.
