Very petite, small frame, boob job soon, over or under muscle?

I am 29 and getting a boob job soon. Initially me and my surgeon decided 225 cc high profile under the muscle. I asked under the muscle because I really really don’t want that rounded unnatural shape where you can see the clear implant outline. High profile because my frame is very small and I can’t fit anything wider into my frame. I am naturally very petite, 5 feet 90 pounds. I am not intentionally small, this is just a normal weight for me. That being said you can imagine I’m very skinny and just have a very small which is why it was extra important to get under the muscle because I don’t have much breast mass or skin tissue or fat to cover the implants. But now I’m hearing that under the muscle comes with its own cons (they move with working out, recovery, risks etc) b. But I don’t know what to do because I assume it’s just the lesser of two evils for me because I feel like over the muscle is bound to look unnatural on someone like me. Anyone else really petite and went with over the muscle? I’ve seen it look great on others, just not sure for someone like me. It would be my preference if it looked natural.
