[TOMT] Weird animation taking place at what looked to be a dentist

It had some kid sitting in a dentist chair and he looked like a mix between Caillou that permanently smiling kid from Invader Zim. Especially at what looked like the end when he was grinning extremely wide and maybe foaming at the mouth.

From what I remember about it, apparently it's supposed to be a parody advertisement and the item in question was some pill or candy, something about it tasting like almonds or root beer (probably an allegory for cyanide), I'm not really sure. I also remember a close up of the pill being rendered in that crude late 90's CGI.

The art style looked a quite bit like Kevin Spencer, and the facial expressions were outright hilariously terrifying, especially the kid's face at the end (possibly implying he took the pill).

I don't even remember where I first saw it, I probably found it in a YouTube video that contained snippets of it and I tried searching everywhere for the original but nothing came up.
