Doesn’t seem like the algo for good cards has changed since the most recent packs? I was maxed so opened my two packs. Then I opened ten packs. Then I opened two additional packs after the fact, and my highest rated card was 4 Diamond.
Maybe it’s me, and maybe I am crazy, but I call Shenanigans because I would previously at least a rare card or two having opened that packs.
