Ebay permanently restricted my account due to "BBE" rating.

Hello everyone.

I'm a stamp seller from Brazil who has been selling on Ebay since 2023. Last August, due to the Trump tariffs, The Brazilian postal service completely stopped all shipments to the US and to this day isn't accepting anything still. Because of this, I had to cancel all of the orders that came in from the US, due to the fact that since Brazil doesn't have a regional website, it considered that I was in the US and could not block US buyers' addresses from looking or bidding on my items.

I believe this is a total sham, but so far they've been extremely unhelpful and frankly very misleading. Before the complete restriction, I talked to two "experts" on chat who both told me that it wasn't a big deal and that no restrictions would apply to my account and I could just continue selling like normal. Which obviously didn't happen.

I'd love to hear your guys thoughts on this, what can I do? If anything. I still have like 90 bucks in my payouts and I'm not even sure if those are gonna be completed or not.
