Where to look up good perk builds?

I've googled and gone through the sub, a lot of the time sites seem to refer to old perks and similar, or just be a video (which is super annoying).

Finding a good site that has good and varied perk builds not just for end game but lower levels would be awesome.

If it helps, lvl 71, primarily sniper rifle (doctor's orders), then fixer/similar. Boss/mobs I switch to .50 Cal or explosive shotgun. Being low level, farming caps/scrap/etc is useful, and don't have 1st, so it's good having weight reduction on stuff. Tried power armor, overall not a huge fan.
