Where to sell used Nest Cams?

I have moved to another system and am no longer using several Nest products. Where is the best place to sell them? I don't have Facebook so marketplace is a no go....

I have...

Nest Cam Outdoor 1st Gen - 5

Nest Cam Indoor 1st Gen - 3

Nest Hello Doorbell - 1

Anyone here want to buy some gently used gear?
