is this mold?

i moved from a moldy house to what i thought was a non moldy house.

i ran out of my favorite mold detox product (inflammation pro by goodness lover) 1 month ago and started feeling intense pain, heaviness, and weakness upon wakeup--especially in my arms.

when i moved in, there were dots all over the ceiling (not there during tour), and they painted with killz and [said they] did a roof inspection. i let it be, and have been fine esp. with my intense mold supplement regimen. now, 3.5 months later, i'm getting concerned about what i'm seeing. is this mold?? if so, what do i do?? i'm in MN. first 3 pics are from move in day, last 3 are from today.
