Need help/recommendations

I need help developing a solid and simple routine along with product recommendations. So I have had acne since I can remember (27 Male) I have tried every suggestion from my dermatologist. And have even been on accutane 3 times. My derm has said on multiple occasions that I have the most stubborn acne he has ever seen.

I have oily and super sensitive skin. My skin does not handle any type of added scents well at all. Right now my routine is super simple basic cleanser and moisturizer with occasional exfoliation. I have honestly given up as of late on trying as much. I have heard great things about korean skincare overall. I just need help knowing what products to use, how often to use them, what order I should use them, and specific brands. Any help with building this is greatly appreciated!
