Hunker (70)

VITAL BLOOM is a burst of energy to restore health 5% per tick(5seconds), cleanse 3 bleed immediately upon activation. If you’re in a pack, it will only heal your pack mates (cap 3.) If you’re alone, it will heal the nearest 3 creatures. It cannot heal yourself.

Using the ability will then give your creature Overexertion, reducing your HP regen(25%), Weight (15%), and Damage (50%) for 15 seconds.

Per tick , you will take damage from healing your pack using this ability, as it is a huge burst of healing. It caps at 15% of users HP.

Must be around 3 creatures and be 85% or higher to activate. Has a 80 second cooldown
