Kirkland pulled pork quality down?

Kirkland Pulled pork item# 1611240

This has been a staple for us for many years, anybody else notices a difference in the blue package Kirkland pulled pork? We feel like it's more greasy and more fat chunks in it than before for a while know.

Any other to try brands (not from Costco? without being smothered in sauce please :))

Not looking for 'make your own' advise.
