Panniculectomy work up

I’m almost 5 months post op gastric bypass and I can already tell I’m going to need a panniculectomy. I’m already becoming more symptomatic than I was 60lbs ago; rashes, small cysts, itching, odor etc. Who did you guys start seeing to get all the documentation going for a future panniculectomy? I’m just planning ahead. Not sure if I should see my primary care provider, a dermatologist or my obgyn so start documenting issues, rashes, concerns. Give me all the recommendations because I’m going to end up needing all the documentation for my insurance.
