Alliance are embarrassingly bad at PvP

I just lost six EotS in a row and they weren't even close. I'm a fresh 70, just dinged yesterday, grabbed my PvP blues from the rep vendors, and I'm already top killing blows as a Ret pally on the Alliance side while every one else gets steamrolled. This should not be happening. How are Alliance players so bad? They don't stick together, they don't target the healers. There were four of us charging a tower, then two decided to split off towards the middle, another decided to turn around and do nothing. Leaving me fighting 2 vs 1 and barely losing. This is a 20 year old game and Alliance players still don't know how to PvP, it's pathetic.
