M22/F21 gf lied about her vaping use for the 2nd time. ?y

My girlfriend and I have been together for a little over a year and things have been great, but she has a nicotine addiction that I’m not sure she can get past. The first time she promised me she would quit vaping, but I ended up finding one hidden behind one of her pillows and she admitted she was afraid of my reaction. A month ago she promised me she was done vaping and even tossed her vape into a glass of water to prove to me she was quitting for good, then fast forward to today she FaceTimed me while she was with her family and I saw in the background she was hitting her brother’s vape. I am just sad that she’s lied to me on two separate occasions and even acted like she was quitting for good but in reality she isn’t. I love her so much but I don’t know if I can trust that she’ll be honest about other things in the future, and I don’t want someone that will have popcorn lung in the future. What have you guys done in situations like this?

TLDR: My gf lied to me about her vaping use on 2 separate occasions, with the last one being with her putting her vape in a glass of water to display that she was quitting for good, then I saw her today on FaceTime hitting a vape again, with her not realizing she was in the camera’s view.
