Raising Canes app / website

I’ve actually asked this to so many employees at so many RC locations as well and NO ONE KNOWS THE ANSWER! My question is this: 1) Why doesn’t the app seem to hardly EVER work? It glitches constantly and I am only able to actually log in about one out of every 3 times I go there to eat. It constantly tells me my password is wrong which is impossible bc it’s saved in my phone, and then if I click the button to email me a new password, half the time it emails me nothing and I’m just stuck and give up. 2) WHAT ON EARTH IS THE POINT OF THE APP IN THE FIRST PLACE? I personally love coupons and using apps for perks and to save money for my loyalty for eating or shopping at certain places but the RC app is the only app on my entire phone that not only doesn’t hardly ever work but when it does there’s no actual reason for it. And I’ve had it for YEARS….I’ve been scanning myself in when I order and eat there for years and not once have I gotten a single free item, not a coupon, not even a Point system seems to be in place to reach any sort of goal or prize or ANYTHING besides what every employee that I ask about the app they claim it is to count my “visits”. When I ask employees there about how this is used or what I get out of it not a single person has ever known the answer, and I ask someone every single time I’m eating there. Ami doing something wrong or is this literally just an app simply for ordering food that has really shitty developers and was meant to maybe someday have a rewards system of some kind that just never happened? Please help me I literally just ate there tonight and I give up asking ppl who work there and decided Reddit would know bc yall here know it all lol ❤️👍
