Realme 8 5G stuck on realme logo and not turning on , any fix?

This morning my phone had no signal ( into(x) mark), so I restarted it. After restarting, the signal came back and everything was normal.

But while using the phone after this, it suddenly turned off. Now when I try to turn it on, the screen is blank except for the “realme” logo, and it stays stuck there. It has been like this for about 1 hour and won’t boot normally.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Is this a boot loop or motherboard issue, and is there any way to fix it without losing data?
