Tried to join RDR2 discord server but was immediately kicked/banned because my account is relatively new, does this mean I can never join?

I made my discord account around 16 days ago at this point, but when it was new, I was joining servers of games I like, but when I tried to join RDR2 server, i got auto-booted by Dyno bot saying "The server that you joined does not allow new accounts." My account is now over 2 weeks old, but the server still won't let me even try and join it now. Am I permabanned simply because I tried to join the server with a relatively-new account?
