Account recovery possible?

A few months back I fell into the scam where they show ads on Instagram how they can add coins to your account. My stupid ahh fell for it and my account got hacked obviously. Although i wasn't logged out and continued playing because I had linked it with Google play. The hacker changed my email to a disposable email and i couldn't unlink that email because I had already spent efootball points. Long story short I even lost that email and have no access to that account but I remember all the details. It's been a couple of months and I've been seeing posts how some people got their old account back. Would it be possible in my case too? That team was completely f2p and and pretty strong I'd give anything for it.
