Replacing My Digital Banks Debit Cards for Maya and CIMB

Hello I have both digital bank accounts for Maya and CIMB. I have a virtual Mastercard for Maya and a Physical Debit Card for CIMB. The expiration date is almost near for both cards. What are the processes to renew it? And for Maya, is there a way to change a virtual Mastercard to a Visa virtual card? And for CIMB, do I really need to pay the fee for an expiring Physical Debit card? Answer please.
